Dr. Antonio Vance is the Chief Schools Officer at Skyrocket Education, where he leads school systems in developing leadership skills for high-performing, inclusive learning environments.
With a background as Executive Director of a New York Charter School Network and Network Leader at the University of Pennsylvania, he has a strong track record of improving student performance and school climate. Antonio holds a Doctorate in Education and a master's from the University of Pennsylvania, along with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Chemistry from UNC Chapel Hill. In his free time, he enjoys tennis, indoor cycling, and international travel, continuously pursuing growth and excellence.

Johari Jenkins-Taylor is the Director of Corporate Affairs at Con Edison, overseeing community affairs, government relations, and emergency communications in Brooklyn.
She manages a $1M+ corporate giving portfolio and leads public and employee engagement programs, aligning them with Con Edison’s clean energy goals.
She holds a Master’s in Nonprofit Leadership from Fordham and a Bachelor’s from Rutgers. Active in BUILD and AABE, Johari focuses on youth engagement in the energy sector. Outside of work, she’s involved in community service through Alpha Kappa Alpha and serves on several boards, including the Brooklyn Public Library. Johari is a lifelong New Yorker, mother of twins, and a swimmer.

Julia Silvasy currently serves as the Chief Strategy Officer at Philadelphia Youth Basketball. Julia started her career as a high school science teacher in Philadelphia, igniting her passion for seeing girls of color get excited about STEM and careers in Math and Science. Julia has been a dynamic strategist, innovative leader, and change advocate throughout her career. She received her undergraduate degree in Biobehavioral Health and Women's Studies from Penn State University and her Master's in Urban Education from the University of Pennsylvania.
Julia Silvasy
Shane is a researcher and entrepreneur with experience in creating and managing social impact projects that address the challenges and opportunities of workforce development. He is passionate about ending poverty through education and designing work opportunities that promote equity and inclusion across industries and sectors. As the Managing Partner of Reify Solutions, he provides customized training, workshops, and strategies for nonprofit and higher education clients to enhance their organizational performance and social impact. He is pursuing his Ph.D. in Policy and Organizational Studies at Temple University, where he is exploring the shifting landscape of work and the role of philanthropy in shaping career opportunities.
Shane Nelson
Marcella Singley, CPA, is an Accounting Manager at Constellation Energy, specializing in Wholesale and Commodities Accounting. With a strong background in both public and private sectors, she ensures financial operations are precise and compliant. A licensed CPA, Marcella holds a Bachelor’s degree from Rutgers University.
Previously, she worked at Ernst & Young, gaining experience in audit, consulting, and financial compliance. Beyond her career, Marcella is active in community service, serving as Treasurer for BGLM and holding leadership roles with the National Association of Black Accountants (NABA), where she promotes diversity and inclusion in the industry.
